Evelyn Parnell (Soprano) ( Boston, Massachusetts 1888 - New York City 1939)

She studied singing under Madame Meysenheim in New York City. In 1908 she was engaged by the Boston Opera Company and performed with them during their very first season.  Then she went abroad and performed in Milan, Genova, Bologna, Pavia, and Venice. She later toured Australia, Ireland and performed extensively in the United States and Canada.

I wish to thank Victor Toledo for sending me photo
